Disciplined execution
A clear process. A recorded decision.
Our canonical diesel TTO procedure sets out what happens next, who verifies it and when documents may be released.
- 01
ICPO details
Maboke provides the proposed specification, quantity subject to verification, price basis, location, loading requirements and ICPO instructions.
- 02
Signed buyer ICPO
The buyer submits a signed ICPO on official letterhead, with the intended quantity, price, product and transaction conditions.
- 03
TA alone
Maboke sends the Preliminary / Transaction Agreement by itself, including confidentiality and defined non-circumvention obligations. No CI, TSR, POP or ATV at this stage.
- 04
Authenticated TA & controlled release
The signed TA is received, authenticated and accepted. Authorised CI, TSR, POP and ATV may then be released through approved channels, including appointed attorneys where applicable.
- 05
CIS / KYC exchange
Both parties exchange and review authority, registration, licensing and required counterparty records. Mandatory earlier due diligence still applies.
- 06
Product & title verification
The buyer or authorised independent specialist verifies product, storage, title, right to sell, specifications and volume. Resolve discrepancies before payment.
- 07
Final instruments
Execute the agreed final contract and any applicable FCO from the title holder or duly authorised representative. An FCO is not required for every transaction.
- 08
Closing & upliftment
Independently verify payment and beneficiary, transfer title/risk at the agreed point, obtain terminal and logistics permissions, and retain delivery evidence.
